OUR RETURN POLICY
Due to COVID-19, we are not accepting returns or offering refunds.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in brand new condition and all tags must be attached.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have completed the previous steps above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Regular price items are eligible for refund or exchange. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges and Defective Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. Natural wear and tear are not considered damage. Items must have original tags attached. Items can only be exchanged for a different size of the same style, color, and design. We reserve the right to deny exchanges if an item appears to be previously worn.
Shipping Returns or Exchanges
Rebellious Unicorn LLC is not responsible for the cost associated with shipping returns and exchanges. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please fill out the return form BEFORE any items are shipped. Information on the tag will be necessary to process your refund. Once your return is received and processed, we will send a confirmation email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within seven to ten business days.
